    Great post – writing responces and winning the customers’ trust are really important I believe! Social media is exactly the place to communicate, and listening to others is really important. Someone said that we have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice more than we talk. ROI is what CMOs have to concentrate at – not the number of followers or likes..
